ARLINGTON, VA — K2 Media Network LLC has filed a lawsuit against StubHub, Inc. in the Arlington County Circuit Court, accusing the ticketing platform of withholding earned affiliate commissions and altering revenue reports.
Filed on November 19, 2025 under Case No. 013CL2500516600, the civil suit claims StubHub failed to pay thousands of dollars generated through K2 Media’s advertising campaigns run on the Partnerize affiliate network. A hearing is set for December 19, 2025.
According to the complaint, Partnerize data credited K2 Media with more than $110,000 in StubHub ticket sales between January and September 2025. However, StubHub allegedly deducted $2,651 without explanation and released only $1,773.60, despite commission records showing higher earnings.
K2 Media says raw conversion files—downloaded before StubHub updated the dashboard—show $160,300 in total sales and $6,412.86 in commissions, leaving $4,638.40 allegedly unpaid.
The suit accuses StubHub of breach of contract, unjust enrichment, and fraudulent misrepresentation, alleging manipulation of affiliate reporting to reduce payouts.
The case now moves to judicial review at the upcoming December hearing, where StubHub will be required to respond.
