GILGIT: Chief Minister Gilgit-Baltistan Haji Gulbar Khan has said that we should all thank Allah Almighty who made Pakistan a strongest country, adding that the entire nation salutes the Pakistani armed forces, especially Chief of Army Staff General Syed Asim Munirfor giving a befitting reply to the enemy’s aggression and defeating the enemy.
The Chief Minister said that the people of Pakistan had shown unity and consensus in recent days, standing like a leaden wall with their brave forces, after which the enemy would have been defeated for sure.
He said, “We all pay tribute to our brave forces in wonderful words for the way in which the Pakistani forces crushed India’s pride, shot down its Rafales, targeted all its military installations and taught a lesson to Modi’s generations.”
He also said,“The unity and consensus that the people of Pakistan have shown against Indian aggression is the guarantee of our success. May Allah Almighty grant us all the strength to play our role for the development of the country.”
The Chief Minister said that the ceasefire between the two countries is welcome. Pakistan has always spoken of peace and has taken steps to build good relations with its neighbors. We hope that in the future the Indian government will refrain from supporting aggression and terrorism.
Meanwhile, President Pakistan Peoples (PPP), Gilgit-Baltistan chapter, Amjad Hussain Advocate has Amjad Hussain Advocate said that the Pakistan Army is the strongest army in the world which is capable of responding to any force, adding that the country’s defense is as strong as it is, all the credit goes to Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto and Shaheed Benazir Bhutto, who gave the gift of atomic bomb and modern missile technology and made the country’s defense invincible.
He further said that the PPP is the guarantor of the development and defense of this country. He paid tribute to the Pakistan Army for conducting a vigorous and decisive air operation against Indian aggression and defeating the Indian Army in every field.
People burst into celebrations after the armed forces early on Saturday responded to Indian war hysteria in a befitting manner and brought India to its knees. They celebrated the victory of the army after the ceasefire was announced in the wake of the US intervention.
Earlier, Lahore also faced the first missile attack on Saturday that struck the Sundar Industrial Estate and, according to law enforcement agencies, sank into the ground. No loss of life or injury was reported. People, however, were skeptical over Pakistan’s delayed response to India’s ‘Operation Sindoor’ and aggressively asked for a befitting response.
All the skepticism, however, evaporated when the army announced the launch of Bunyan-um-Marsoos and launched a powerful and well-coordinated military operation, targeting Indian military infrastructure.
